As a loyal patient there is no greater compliment than referring your family and friends. If you refer a friend or family member to our practice you will go into the draw to win an ipad mini 3. The draw is drawn every 4 months.

Conditions

• The new patient must have told us that you referred them to us (don’t worry we ask)
• The new patient must have made an appointment and attended their appointment
• 1 entry per new patient
• entries are not carried forward into the next draw
